About Sarina
Life can be complex and messy. Change can be really hard. The good news is, you don't have to do it perfectly, and you don't have to do it alone.
My approach is relationship-based and person-centered. While I'm trained in evidence-based treatments, you are the expert on your life. Together, we will find solutions that work for you in a non-judgmental way, using a balance of acceptance and change to help you build the life you want to be living. Our work together is less about “fixing” and more about understanding, exploration, and growth. I bring curiosity and compassion into every session while also being willing to challenge patterns that may no longer serve you.
I am so glad you are here. We've got this.

*Sarina is an out-of-network insurance provider for in-person sessions. Video conference sessions are not always covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance plan for benefit information.
Since Sarina is an out-of-network provider, you are responsible for making payment at the time of service, and if you want to use out-of-network benefits like super billing, she will provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to your insurer. In this case, insurers require clinicians to submit a mental health diagnosis and clinicians may be asked to provide case notes and other documentation.
